Your sourcing information should stay on a need-to-know basis.
This notice explains how the current FairDock website handles contact, supplier, and product information.
Information you choose to send
You may send your name, work email, company, product or supplier links, order details, budget, quantity, and project concerns. Please do not send payment credentials, government identification, or other sensitive personal information through the website.
How the current forms work
The quote and supplier-review forms use FormSubmit to deliver your request to FairDock by email. FormSubmit processes the information entered in the form and may retain submissions for up to 30 days for delivery and archive access. FairDock does not currently store these form fields in its own website database.
How information is used and shared
Project information is used to respond, scope services, prepare recommendations, and deliver agreed work. It is shared only with people or service providers needed for the project, such as an auditor, warehouse, freight partner, or specialist, and only to the extent required for that work.
Retention and requests
Records may be retained for project delivery, accounting, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent, email fairdocksupply@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or a legitimate business need.
Changes
This notice may change when FairDock adds a CRM, analytics, direct-upload capability, payment feature, or another data processor. The date above will be updated when material changes are published.
